Payment

You pay on Bambuina. The card form is provided by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number.

Every order is a one-time charge in US dollars for the packs in your cart. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Guest checkout is fine. Use an email you can open. Create an account later with that same email to keep the packs in My Purchases.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout from the billing address you enter. The rate depends on your location and whether digital printables are taxable there.

Listed pack prices do not include tax. If tax applies, Stripe adds it to the total before you pay.

We do not ship physical goods, so a shipping address is not required.

Digital delivery

Bambuina sells printable PDF packs only. Nothing is shipped.

After a successful payment you land on a confirmation page with your download. High-resolution files are ready to print at home or school.

Refunds and replacements

If a file will not open, or a pack does not match what the listing described, write us from Messages in your account. We will replace the file or refund the order.

Because these are instant digital goods, we cannot refund a successful download that matches its listing.

Home and classroom use

Your purchase covers printing for your own children and, for teachers, the students in your own classroom.

Please do not share the files with other families or teachers, post them for public download, or resell the pages.
